Support the planning, execution and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Social, Google Ads, Affiliate & Partnerships and website optimization.

Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing data to identify optimisation opportunities and drive efficient customer acquisition.

Prepare and maintain performance reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights for the marketing team.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Brand Marketing, BI, Product and Design to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives.

Support the testing and optimisation of marketing campaigns, creatives, messaging and audiences to continuously improve performance.

Contribute to the optimisation of our website and conversion funnels, including testing and improvements within our Shopify environment.

Assist in coordinating marketing assets, campaign launches and cross-team initiatives.

Support the documentation and tracking of marketing activities and KPIs to ensure transparency and continuous performance improvement.

At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Extensive hands-on experience

Strong analytical skills, data-driven and results-oriented

Proficiency in business intelligence tools

Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Keynote, and LLMs

Very good understanding of common online marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager)

Experience with the Productsup platform and Shopify

Basic understanding of brand marketing and good design

Careful, structured, and reliable working style

Analytical thinking and quick comprehension

Strong interest in AI and digital automation
