General Description

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing growth opportunities across the entire ecommerce customer journey. Your focus will be on improving conversion, retention and customer acquisition by combining data analysis, experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, Brand, Product and Design teams, you'll help drive profitable growth across our website, CRM and digital marketing channels.

Your Role

  • Own the continuous optimization of our ecommerce customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve conversion across landing pages, product pages, cart and checkout.

  • Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests across the website and CRM to continuously improve customer experience and conversion rates.

  • Own the performance and optimization of our CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including customer journeys, segmentation, retention campaigns and automated flows.

  • Support and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping and Performance Max) with a focus on profitable customer acquisition.

  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities through data analysis, turning insights into concrete recommendations and action plans.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help the business understand performance across marketing channels, website and CRM.

  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Design and Ecommerce teams to prioritize initiatives and improve customer experience across all touchpoints.

  • Use AI tools and automation to improve reporting, experimentation, workflows and marketing efficiency.

  • Stay up to date with ecommerce, CRO, AI and growth marketing best practices and continuously bring new ideas to the team.

Your Skills and Experience

  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience in Growth, Performance, or Ecommerce Marketing.

  • You have a track record of driving ecommerce growth through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

  • You are experienced in the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B testing frameworks.

  • You are proficient with CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo or similar tools.

  • You possess a solid understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.

  • You have a strong analytical mindset and can transform data into actionable business recommendations.

  • You are comfortable working within Shopify or other leading ecommerce ecosystems.

  • You are adept at using GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets for performance reporting.

  • You have exceptional communication skills and feel confident managing various stakeholders.

  • You maintain a structured, proactive, and hands-on approach to your daily tasks.

  • You have a keen interest in leveraging AI tools and automating marketing workflows.

  • You have previous experience working within a fast-paced DTC ecommerce brand.

  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.


    Nice to Have

  • Prior experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads.

  • Experience with UX analytics and user behavior tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Heatmaps.com or Intelligems.

  • Experience using AI-powered development or automation tools such as Claude Code or n8n to improve marketing workflows.
