This role is for someone with a highly attuned aesthetic instinct — someone who holds an uncompromising standard across everything they touch, and who is driven as much by creative exploration as by precision in craft. You bring a sharp understanding of zeitgeist, culture, and contemporary media, and know how to translate that into work that feels both relevant and enduring. You will define how Horizn looks and feels across every touchpoint, creating work that is unmistakably premium and meaningfully ahead of its time.

You are relentlessly curious about what’s next — and consistently driven to go beyond what already exists. You see emerging creative tools not as shortcuts, but as a new creative frontier, and you actively use them to push the brand into new territory.

Your Role


  • Define and continuously elevate Horizn's visual brand language — ensuring every campaign, launch, and touchpoint carries the aesthetic weight of an international premium brand.

  • Concept and produce seasonal campaigns and product launches end-to-end, in close collaboration with the Head of Brand Marketing and Founders, from initial idea through to final output.

  • Art direct photo and video shoots — briefs, shot lists, on-set direction — with an uncompromising eye for image quality and brand coherence.

  • Drive Horizn's social and digital presence with platform-native content that is visually distinctive and culturally relevant.

  • Actively pioneer the use of AI-powered creative tools — image generation, motion, workflow automation — to expand what's creatively possible and set new standards for the team's output.

  • Collaborate with and brief external partners — photographers, videographers, animators, content creators — holding the creative vision tightly throughout.

  • Translate brand strategy into visual storytelling that connects with a global, design-literate audience.

  • Bring a relentless curiosity to your work: tracking what's emerging in design, culture, technology, and luxury — and pulling it into the creative process.


Your Skills and Experience


  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative, brand, or agency environment — with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong, consistent, premium aesthetic across multiple channels and mediums

  • An eye that has been trained on the best — in fashion, design, art, or adjacent worlds — and a clear point of view on what great looks like

  • Hands-on mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; motion and video skills (After Effects, Premiere) essential

  • Real, practiced fluency with AI creative tools — with a genuine excitement about where they're going and an experimental approach to how to use them most effectively 

  • Experience art directing photo and video shoots, with the confidence to direct the team and protect the vision

  • Typography and layout skills that go beyond competence — you understand visual hierarchy, restraint, and how the details make the difference, especially in a luxury segment

  • The ability to work fast without losing precision — managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment without letting quality slip

  • A collaborative working style: strong creative conviction, but genuinely open to feedback and cross-functional input

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
