General Description
Your Role
- Preparation and updating of customer and sales documentation, presentations, and quotations
- Preparation, follow-up, and documentation of customer inquiries and order processes
- Market and competition analyses to identify new business opportunities
- Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system
- Organization and coordination of meetings, trade fairs, and business trips
- Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, product management)
- Support in the automation of processes
Your Skills and Experience
- Registered student (m/f/d) in economics, communication, or a comparable study program
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Keynote, and LLMs
- Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
- Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
- High interest in AI and digital automation
- Initial practical experience in sales is an advantage
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- You are enthusiastic about smart, new products, quality, and design
- You are fluent in English and German
