General Description

In your role as Sales Advisor (m/f/d) you will represent our brand in our store in Berlin and be responsible for the overall customer experience including customer service in our store. As the right hand of the Store Manager, you will use your sales talent, retail experience and organisational skills to contribute to the success of the store.

Your Role

  • You act as the right hand of the Store Manager, ensure smooth communication and support with operational and organisational issues in the Hamburg store

  • You will help with organisational tasks such as shift planning, inventory management, onboarding and training

  • You will be responsible for opening and closing the store and ensuring compliance with safety standards

  • You welcome our customers and advise them with your competent, open-minded and positive manner

  • You take responsibility for the customer experience, product presentation, sales and representing the values of our brand

  • You contribute proactively with ideas and suggestions that help to continuously improve our store experience and store processes 

  • Your work has a direct impact on the success of Horizn and you are ready to take responsibility for it. 


Your Skills and Experience


  • You have more than 3 years of experience in retail of a premium brand, in sales management of a fashion shop or in a front desk function in the premium or luxury segment.

  • You have gained initial experience with more responsibility and want to develop yourself further

  • You are reliable, organised, structured and solution-oriented.

  • You impress with your open-minded, friendly, enthusiastic, positive and sales-orientated personality.

  • You are a good listener, good at persuading and motivating people.

  • You have experience in dealing with products that require a lot of counselling.

  • You have a talent for building long-term customer relationships, winning and retaining customers by recognising their needs and wishes 

  • You like travelling and have an affinity for lifestyle and fashion. 

  • You have experience in working with sales targets and enjoy the challenge of increasing sales.

  • You have a good eye for the presentation of our goods and always ensure that the goods and their presentation in the shop are in perfect condition.

  • You impress with your open-minded, friendly, enthusiastic, positive and sales-orientated personality.

  • You already have experience in an international working environment and speak fluent English and German.
