In deiner Rolle als B2B Sales Assistant (m/f/d) unterstützt du unser Wholesale Team in allen operativen und administrativen Aufgaben. Du bist eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und internen Abteilungen und trägst zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien bei. 

Deine Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung der international Sales Manager durch Erstellung und Pflege von Kunden- und Vertriebs-Dokumentationen, Präsentationen und Angeboten

  • Vorbereitung, Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen und Orderprozessen

  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Geschäftspartnern (Mail, Telefon)

  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im CRM-System

  • Organisation und Koordination von Meetings, Messen und Geschäftsreisen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (z. B. Marketing, Logistik, Produktmanagement)

Deine Erfahrung und Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. BWL, International Business, Marketing)

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Sales Support oder einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (Salesforce, Shopify) und Keynote.

  • Du bist proaktiv, kommunikationsstark und arbeitest sehr organisiert und strukturiert 

  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für den internationalen Vertrieb

General Description
In your role as B2B Sales Assistant (m/f/d), you will support our wholesale team in all operational and administrative tasks. You are a central interface between customers, sales and internal departments and contribute to the successful implementation of sales strategies.
Your Role
  • Supporting the international sales managers by creating and maintaining customer and sales documentation, presentations and offers
  • Preparation, follow-up and documentation of customer enquiries and order processes
  • Communicating with international customers and business partners (email, telephone)
  • Market and competition analyses to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
  • Organisation and coordination of meetings, trade fairs and business trips
  • Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. marketing, logistics, product management)
Your Skills and Experience
  • Completed commercial training or a degree in economics (e.g. business administration, international business, marketing)
  • First professional experience in sales, sales support or a similar role, ideally in the B2B sector
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Shopify) and Keynote.
  • You are proactive, a strong communicator and work in a very organised and structured manner 
  • Initiative, team spirit and enthusiasm for international sales
