Develop and execute our CRM strategy to support company goals
Create successful revenue-generating and brand-building campaigns using insights and creative initiative
Manage and optimize marketing automations, including transactional emails
Drive lead generation through onsite, social media, competitions, and giveaways
Manage and grow our community by increasing subscriber base through on-brand activities
Maintain a healthy and engaged database through insightful targeting and segmentation
Analyze CRM performance and generate optimization reports
Implement A/B testing plans to validate optimization hypotheses
Collaborate cross-functionally with our Creative, Brand, IT and BI teams
Degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field
3+ years of professional experience in CRM, preferably in e-commerce
Experience with email service providers like Klaviyo, and HTML knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset, with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Studio is a plus
Excellent communication and coordination skills in a dynamic environment
Independent and proactive, with plenty of ideas
Customer-centric mindset: Ability to develop strategies that prioritize the customer's needs and expectations.
Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve complex problems in a data-driven and analytical manner.
Results-oriented: Track record of achieving results and meeting KPIs.
Continuous learner: Growth mindset and constantly seeking to learn and improve skills and knowledge.
Fluency in English; German, French or Italian is a plus
